Note : New for 2026: London Southend's Express Pick-up & Drop-off zone opened on 1 March 2026, directly opposite the terminal (replacing the front of the former Short Stay car park). It is barrierless: ANPR reads your plate, and you pay online by midnight the day after your visit (no machines or booths in the Express zone). A PCN applies for overstaying.
There is no longer a free drop-off period at the airport.
