Extra days parking is charged at £15 per day. The car park does not accept large vehicles such as transit vans or any vehicles with trailers.
Upon arrival, kindly park your vehicle at the designated Drop-off area and proceed to the reception with your luggage, where a staff member will be on hand to assist you. Please be prepared to leave your keys with us so that we can safely relocate your car to our secured area within the car park. Once all necessary procedures are completed, you will be transferred to the terminal, with an estimated travel time of approximately 15 to 17 minutes for Terminals 2, 3, and 5. For Terminal 4, the transfer time is expected to be around 20 minutes.
Terminal 2: Upon retrieving your luggage and preparing to clear Customs, kindly contact us. Proceed to the designated pickup area on Level 4 of the short stay car park. Our shuttle van will be waiting to pick you up from there.
Terminal 3: Once you have collected your luggage and are ready to clear Customs, please give us a call. Head to Level 3 of the Short Stay Car Park, Row A. Our shuttle van will be waiting to pick you up from there.
Terminal 4: After collecting your luggage and preparing to clear Customs, please give us a call. Our shuttle van will pick you up from the Short Stay Car Park on Level 1.
Terminal 5: Upon collecting your luggage and getting ready to clear Customs, please give us a call. Make your way to Level 4 of the short stay car park. Our shuttle van will pick you up from either Row R or Row S.
