For North Terminal, follow signs for Drop Off and Hotels, then enter the Sofitel Hotel Car Park. If the barrier does not open automatically, take a ticket and proceed to the Meet & Greet Reception. A uniformed ACE driver will inspect your car, collect your booking confirmation, and take your keys before securely parking your vehicle.
For South Terminal, follow signs for Short Stay Passenger Pick-Up and enter Orange Car Park 3, Level 1, Row D & E (Approved Operator Bays). An ACE Parking representative will meet you for a quick handover before you proceed to check-in.
For North Terminal, if you provided your flight number, your car will be automatically dispatched to the meeting point. If not, call 01293 533 000 after landing. Exit the terminal, cross both roads, and walk through the covered walkway to the Sofitel Hotel car park, where an ACE representative will return your car.
For South Terminal, call 01293 533 000 after collecting your luggage. Exit the terminal and follow signs for Short Stay Car Parks (Orange Car Park 3, Level 1). Your vehicle will be waiting in the Meet and Greet Reception Area, ready for pickup.
