On the day of your flight, ensure you have your confirmation email printed and ready. About 20 minutes before arriving at Stansted, call the number provided in your confirmation email to confirm your drop-off point. If you're directed to the Orange car park, follow the signs to the Short Term Car Park, stay in the right-hand lane, pass the bus station, and enter the Orange car park. Park and collect a ticket, then follow the perimeter to rows A and B, where you’ll meet your chauffeur.
Once you arrive at the drop-off point, your chauffeur will meet you, take your car, and drive it to the secure parking facility. Make sure to hand over your car park ticket to the driver.
Once you’ve collected your luggage and cleared customs, call the number provided in your confirmation email. The staff will guide you to the Express Set Down Zone (C), located directly outside the terminal, where your car will be returned to you. Be sure to stand near the flag poles in Zone C and be ready to collect your vehicle.
