Free Drop Off Area

Manchester Airport's free drop off area in JetParks 1 (Postcode: M90 5AZ) is a budget-friendly option for travellers, with convenient, efficient transport for a smooth start to your journey.

The free drop off area is close to the main terminals. A free shuttle runs to Terminal 3 every 10 minutes and takes 5-6 minutes, depending on your destination. Terminal 2 passengers can walk to the drop off point in about 10 minutes or wait for the bus transfer service.

The shuttle bus system is central to Manchester Airport's transport network and serves all passengers, including those with special needs. Blue Badge holders can also use the terminal Drop-off Zone free of charge for drop-off only, by showing their badge to the marshals.

You can stay in the free drop off area for only 60 minutes. Unpaid forecourt charges must be paid online or by phone by midnight the next day, or a £100 parking charge notice follows. Staying longer costs £25.00 per hour.
