Exit Fee: A £5.00 exit fee is payable by the customer on return to validate the car park ticket for the 15-minute exit window.
Overstay Charges: If you return after midnight on your scheduled return date, you will be required to pay an additional day's charge, starting from a minimum of £15.
Vehicle Condition: Your car must have valid road tax, legal tyre tread, and be in a roadworthy condition. The driver will not be able to take your car if it is unsafe to drive, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
Fuel & Fluids: Please ensure your vehicle has an adequate level of fuel and windscreen washer fluid for the short journey to the car park.
Vehicle Size: Parking is for standard-sized cars (2.4m x 4.8m). Extra charges apply for oversized vehicles, which must be arranged with the car park before your drop-off date. Minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. The multi-storey car park has a height restriction of 2.1m.
Valuables: Do not leave valuables in your vehicle. If you must, it is at your own risk, and you should request a receipt from the driver.

What to do when you arrive?

Please call Airport Parking Bay on 07397705005 approximately 30 minutes before arriving at the airport.
Follow the signs for the Multi-Storey car park (Postcode: LU2 9QT).
Drive up to Level 3 and park near the lifts and the Pay on Foot Machine, where a uniformed driver will meet you.
Hand over your car park entry ticket and your car key to the driver.
The driver will ask you to inspect your vehicle and sign the handover paperwork. You can then proceed directly to the terminal.

What to do when you return?

On your return, please call the driver team twice at 07397705005 or 07534185856.
- First Call: As soon as you land.
- Second Call: As soon as you have collected all your luggage.
The driver will meet you at a designated place with your vehicle.
Fully inspect your vehicle to ensure you are satisfied.
Once the check is complete, the driver will hand over your keys and the car park ticket. You will then need to pay the £5.00 exit fee at the barrier.
