Please note that Heathrow Airport is located within the ULEZ zone, and a £12.50 fee applies for non-compliant vehicles. When arriving at Heathrow Airport, follow the detailed directions for your specific terminal to locate the designated parking area. For Terminal 2, stay in the far right-hand lane as you approach the ramp, take a ticket from the barrier, and follow signs for Level 4, Row B. At Terminal 3, follow signs to Terminal 3 Departures, enter the Short-Stay Carpark, and proceed to Level 4, Row B. For Terminal 4, drive to the Short Stay car park, Level 2, Row F. At Terminal 5, follow signs for the Short-Stay Car Park, stay in the left lane, and proceed to Level 4, Row S. Once parked, a Platinum Parking driver will meet you, verify your booking, and take care of your vehicle. Ensure you have paid any applicable ULEZ fees and have valid road tax and MOT certifications.
After collecting your luggage, call Platinum Parking LTD to let them know you’re ready for your vehicle. Ensure you call approximately 20 minutes before reaching the terminal, not after arrival. Our driver will bring your car to the same location where you initially dropped it off, unless otherwise instructed. Upon meeting the driver, thoroughly inspect your vehicle to ensure everything is in order. Once satisfied, the representative will hand over your keys.
