Shuttle Transfer Charges: A transfer charge of £7 per vehicle is applicable each way. An additional £5 will be charged for each extra passenger.
Heathrow Drop-Off Levy: Heathrow Airport imposes a £5 levy for vehicles using the terminal forecourts. This fee applies each way. A total of £10 for this levy will be collected by the car park staff upon your departure.

What to do when you arrive?

On the day of your departure, please follow the arrival procedure provided by ParkInn Heathrow:

Call the car park directly approximately 30 minutes before you are due to arrive. The contact number will be provided in your booking confirmation email.
When you enter the car park, park your vehicle on the right-hand side.
A member of the car park's staff will greet you and provide instructions.
You will need to leave your car keys with the staff so your vehicle can be moved to its designated parking space.
Once the check-in procedure is complete, the car park staff will assist you with your luggage and transfer you to your departure terminal.

What to do when you return?

Upon your return, please follow these steps to ensure a prompt pickup:

After you have collected all your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call the car park at 07438565280 to arrange your transfer back.
Proceed to the designated pickup point for your terminal as instructed by their staff:
- Terminal 2: Short Stay Car Park, Level 4.
- Terminal 3: Short Stay Car Park, Level 3, Row A.
- Terminal 4: Short Stay Car Park, Level 1.
- Terminal 5: Short Stay Car Park, Level 4, Row R or Row S.
