The car park accepts most standard cars, as long as they can pass under the 2.2m entry barrier.
For larger vehicles, simply give them a call 20 minutes prior to your arrival and they will arrange to meet you at an alternative location.
Your car will then be safely parked in a secured off-site compound for the duration of your trip.
Please note that Blue Circle operates between 4am and 12 midnight for taking and returning cars.
In case of any changes during bank holidays, Blue Circle will inform you if it affects your parking arrangements. Additionally, all airport fees are already included in the service.

Terminal 2 - TW6 1EW :To reach Terminal 2, take the M25 exit at Junction 15 and follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Continue on the Western Perimeter Road and go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Keep to the right as you exit the tunnel, passing the Central Bus Station. The road will then join Cosmopolitan Way, leading to Terminal 2. Stay in the right lane as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way. Once on the ramp, maintain your position in the right lane until you reach the Short Stay car park entry barriers. Make sure you are in lane 5 or 6 (towards the ticket machine) which leads to Level 4 of the car park. Take a ticket at the barrier and enter.
Terminal 3 - TW6 1QG. :Traveling along the M25, take the Junction 15 exit and continue onto the Western Perimeter Road. Follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 until you reach the main tunnel that leads to the Central Terminal Area. Upon exiting the tunnel, stay in the first lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Carpark (Carpark 3). Take a ticket at the barrier and proceed to Level 4, where you can park your car in Row A. You will find our chauffeurs near the ticket pay machine, easily recognizable by their black jackets. They will be awaiting your arrival.
Terminal 4 - TW6 3XA :Please adhere to the instructions for the Short Stay car park and proceed to Level 2, Row F. Locate the Off Airport Meet and Greet sign, where you will find our desk in the lobby. Have your email booking confirmation and return flight details readily available. Our desk is conveniently located just a brief walk from the terminal.
Terminal 5 - TW6 2GA :As you approach Terminal 5, please take the exit for the Short Stay car park located on the right-hand side of the ramp. Once inside, please head to LEVEL 4 by staying in the left-hand lane. Upon entering, grab a ticket from the barrier and proceed to Zones R-S, which are designated as Off Airport Meet & Greet areas. Our chauffeurs in black jackets will be waiting near the ticket pay machine to assist you.
Upon your arrival, after retrieving your baggage and preparing to go through Customs, kindly use the same number given when you initially left your car. Rest assured that your vehicle will be brought back to the location where you originally dropped it off.
