What to do when you arrive?

  • Drive to the Car Park: As you approach the JetParks car park, the Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system will automatically detect your vehicle’s number plate. This system eliminates the need for physical tickets and speeds up the entry process.
  • Find a Space and Park: After your vehicle is recognized, you can proceed into the car park, where you'll find a space. You’ll have a designated parking area that’s safe, secure, and clearly marked for easy navigation. Make sure to park, lock your vehicle, and take any necessary items with you before heading to the shuttle bus.
  • Catch the Shuttle Bus: Once your vehicle is parked, head to the nearest shuttle bus stop within the car park. JetParks provides free shuttle bus services, with buses running approximately every 12-15 minutes. The shuttle will take you directly to the terminal, ensuring you can check in for your flight with minimal stress and time lost.
  • Walk to the Terminal: After a quick, comfortable shuttle ride, you’ll arrive at the terminal in just 12-15 minutes, ready to begin your journey.

What to do when you return?

Here’s what you need to do:

  • Exit the Plane and Head to the Shuttle Bus: Upon arrival at East Midlands Airport, proceed through customs and baggage claim as usual. Once you're ready, head to the shuttle bus pick-up point located outside the terminal. There will be clear signage directing you to the correct bus stop for the shuttle.
